About Olivia
I am a graduate of NYU Tisch's Stella Adler Studio of Acting (MFA Program), and an after-school Drama instructor at the New School of San Francisco. I am also a working actor, having performed in multiple productions in New York City and San Francisco (The Gallery Players, Puppet Shakespeare, and Awesome Theatre Company). I have been acting since childhood and have a passion for mentoring and tutoring young artists. I strive to help my students reach their creative goals and deepen their understanding of the craft.
After graduating with an MFA from NYU Tisch in 2016, I worked in a few shows in New York City but then felt compelled to return to my hometown of San Francisco and get involved in the community. I took a drama teaching position at the New School of San Francisco, and additionally began working individually with children in my local community interested in pursuing acting further. I then began working professionally on a new production with San Francisco's Awesome Theatre Company.
I have an MFA from New York University Tisch's Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
I am an after-school Drama Instructor at the New School of San Francisco.
I have performed in multiple productions in both New York City and San Francisco. I am very familiar with the industry and can work from a young perspective, as I myself have been training since childhood.

I meet with the student and discuss their goals and passions - what they love about the craft and what they hope to accomplish in their training. I ask them to bring me some monologues and scenes that inspire them, and present them with monologues and scenes that I've suggested we work through together. I have coached students for specific auditions for university, local plays, and even students who have already booked a part and need help with their personal acting process and their relation to the play.
I have worked with students from all walks of life and degrees of experience - I have worked with many beginners as well as many working professionals. I have worked with bilingual students, students with learning disabilities, and students unfamiliar with the industry and unsure of where to start.
Choose an instructor who is multi-faceted - one who is willing to work with you based on your personal interests and inclinations when it comes to theatre.
I was recently cast in The Awesome Theatre Company's production of "Mercy Killing."

Olivia coached our son Jamal for a college audition - she was incredibly helpful in selecting monologues and materials, and prepared him well for the audition room.
Olivia worked with our son Caden on his audition to get into a performing arts high school, and he got in!! She was great at helping him select his monologues, and we'll certainly be engaging her services when he ventures out into the real acting world!
Olivia was very helpful to our daughter. She didn't end up booking the commercial, but we'll definitely be returning to her services.
