About Wei
I am a veteran tutor with TJ students in VA. I primarily work with students on Pracal, Calc BC, Multi-variable calc, Linear Algebra.
I began to teach when I was 14 only. I am proud that many of my tutees landed in top 10 colleges in the United States.
I started teaching as a math substitute teacher when I was 14 only
Majored in Chemistry first and migrated to Theoretical Physics. Hold a Ph. D degree in physics. Has ever published more than 20 research papers in Physics Letter B, Physical Review D, and Zeitschrift fur Physik.

I follow students' packages or handouts they received from their teacher and make sure they understand their classroom teacher's materials
I have worked primarily with the students from one of the most selective high schools in Northern Virginia. Most of students I worked went into top 10 colleges, of course I can't take credits for this but I can say I have contributed to their success
If you think a tutor is not for you, fire him or her immediately. Different students need different tutors.
One boy I worked with for 5 years went to Duke this year. I helped him on math, physics and chemistry. He told me, he has never got an A in his English class, but he got A's in all other classes, including Driver's Education. lol
