About Anthony
It has always been my passion to teach and share valuable information to those who really want to make a change or enhance their lives. The feeling you get when you make a difference in someone's life is priceless.
I have been around Boxing training all my Life 50+ my father was a world class trainer to many champions thoughout his career. This opened up many other opportunities to offer life coaching (10+ years) successfully, business advice, and now philanthropy. My focus is to work on courage with my clients because without it all the training in the world will not help you in a real situation.

We start with a Q&A Assessment for initial needs. We then plan and set up realistic goals. We monitor progress and make changes as we go along to suite your personal growth.
When it comes to my students, there are no limits to who I would work with. I do not run from challeneges, I run to them. No barriers on age, gender, beliefs, culture, or life preferences.

4) find a teacher who has your best interests in mind.
5) find a teacher who helps you be a better person.
I have 3 new students that all chose to stay home on New years eve to start the year early with fresh legs and motivation. We also gave out toys to the underprivilged for the Christmas Holidays!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1) ask how the teacher what would be the immediate plan (short term goals) and long term (life adjustments/consistency).
2) Consider your present health and how the teacher reflects on it.

We do not waste time and want you to reach your goal a.s.a.p. It can range from $30-100 an hour depending on your particular situation. The goal is to help you get started so you can work independently.
