About Amanda

My name is Amanda "ABC" Cooper and I am a professional boxer and MMA fighter. I had my first boxing fight when I was 11 years old, 2x Golden Gloves champion, runner up in the national PAL tournament, a finalist of season 23 of the ultimate fighter and I am currently a strawweight contender for the UFC.

I love helping people improve physically and mentally on the tasks that I give them. Boxing and kickboxing is a fantastic way to get in shape, learn self defense and also improve self-confidence. I am very talented at what I do but what sets me above others is I absolutely love coaching and helping people reach their potential.

About the lesson

I believe in working slow and technical but also I want to make sure everyone receives a very good workout and feels like they benefited a lot each time they are finished with the work out.

Hire a teacher who has a lot of experience, and a lot of success. There are a lot of people who claim to know a lot but don't have much experience and aren't very successful

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I charge by the hour but I also do packages. If you buy five you get one free, or if you buy eight you get two free. My price is $50 an hour for adults and $40 and hour for kids.
