About Abrahan
Some people find motivation for boxing by plastering their walls with posters of their idols, while others need the perfect warm up to get themselves going. Spend some time exploring what pumps you up and use it as much as possible. This process can take time, as it is an art to find what works just right.
Boxing teaches you how to tackle obstacles and overcome adversity. It's one of the toughest workouts you will ever experience in your life. Oftentimes, every bit of willpower is needed just to get through a one-hour session. With perseverance and persistence, however, training soon becomes incredibly fun and addicting.
