About Daphne
I have loved studying and learning chemistry since I was in high shool. I became a teaching assistant upon my martriculation into college and worked in this position for four years, where I was responsible for teaching various college-level chemistry labs and recitations. I have also tutored chemistry students one on one. I graduated from the Univerisity of Alabama at Birmingham in April of 2022 with a Bachelors in Chemistry and now work in pharmaceutical manufacturing as a chemist.
I particularly enjoy the challenge of explaining concepts in various different ways. Everyone's brain works differently, and I have learned to come up with multiple approaches to teaching concepts. I love watching the moment when a student finally gets the material and understands why things are the way they are.
