About Jared

Welcome! My name is Jared Tildon and I am a former NAIA cornerback. I have been working out for 8 years and trained as an athlete in football for 15+. I focus on speed/agility and explosive weight training for all athletes who want to get stronger , faster, and be more explosive in their sport. I can also help with any personal training needs, such as someone who is trying to cut weight! My strongest skill as an athlete was always speed and agility, with me being 5’6 I always had to be the fastest and strongest to get looked at(4.38 40 yards dash).I am very dedicated in the gym and like clients who are dedicated as well. I want to help all who want to want to work hard! If you want better footwork, to be more explosive, be in the best shape of your life, or want to get faster I am the trainer for you!
