About Thomas

I played middle linebacker 6 years ,won 2 headhunter awards, defensive captain awards, had letters from Florida state, Samford, and Troy state.

I coach jr.high and high school linebackers, I am very focused on technique and discipline, without these you have nothing. I will definitely make you a better ,smarter, and a more discipline player. I will show you how to pay attention to detail , and how to study your opponents.
