About Tyrone
I love developing athletes in all areas of performance. I invest time in young athletes and work to understanding their goals, so I can create training plans that help them reach optimal performance mentally, physically, and spiritually. As a youth and High School football coach, I specialize in skill mastery and development for receivers and DBs.
I have a BS in Child Development, and 25+ years of experience engaging students and athletes.
Former Division I athlete | Baseball - Fresno State
I was a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), from 2015-2019.

I schedule a brief call with the family and the athlete to undertand their collective, and individual goals. Sometimes a parent's goals differ from those of the athlete, and it's impportant to diferentiate the two, so we can work towards realizing those goals in an effective manner.
After the initial call, we schedule a time to get on the field and get to work.
Identify a coach that will strike a helathy balance of support and challenge. The right coach will support you enough to get you through moments of challenge, and challenge you enough, so that you grow beyond your current performance level... ultimately reaching what you're capable of.

Tyrone coached both of our boys in flag football. He is extremely capable and deeply committed to developing young athletes into their full potential on and off the field, and does it with an infectious energy. I have played or coached various sports and think Tyrone is best in class.
