About William
I am new so my services will be tested and tried to see how the individual student learns best and adjust to their learning style accordingly. I believe it is important to understand how a student learns to best help them learn the subject they are attempting to learn.
Hi there my name is William Hammond and I am relatively new to teaching students. I have not tutored students before but I am a quicky learner and I promise you that I will provide a safe learning environment for the students I teach! I have great passion for both U.S. History and World History as I believe people should learn it because it is important to know our world's history. I also have a great amount of knowldege in Geography and would love to teach that as well. The thing I look forward to most is helping the future understand how our past affecst our present.
I have taken many college level history courses and I have a 3.15 Cumulative College GPA at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. I have great passion for history and I enjoy teaching others its importance.

Since I am very new to this I will have to learn how the student learns best. I truly believe to help the student learn you have figure out what works with them and pursue that process as they will retain the information and hopefully enjoy learning their chosen topic.
I would tell students to look for someone who is well versed in their teaching field and for someone who is passionate about what they teach. Finding a teacher who is both of these characteristics will go the extra mile for the student.
