About James
I use an autonomy and support pedagogical approach that allows students to build their own self efficacy in their studies. Learners should have a scaffold provided by educators that allows for student driven success.
I am able to meet the variable needs of my learners by adjusting the presentation for all types of minds.
Just about everything. Except the paperwork.
