About Jeong Won

I make handouts geared toward the student's level and share them via Google Doc.

I spend the first 10 minutes of the session for a quick review and questions.

I enjoy tutoring Korean because I get to meet passionate students who are interested in my culture and language. I love sharing my culture and language with my students.

About the lesson

I schedule a trial lesson with a new student to discuss the purpose and goal and to see where the student stands. Then I plan future lessons based on the student's level and needs.

I'm currently working with a student who is planning to go to South Korea as an exchange student. I spend equal amounts of time practicing speaking, listening, reading and writing with this student.
I'm also working with a student who is eager to become conversational in Korean. I focus more on speaking and listening with this student during our lesson.

Deadly! She’s a great tutor. She was patient and attentive. Even though it was hard for me to retain the knowledge, she always took the time to make sure I was understanding and getting it. I highly recommend her, plus she is super flexible and understanding.

Deadly! 6 stars out of 5. She’s amazing. She’s very organized, experienced, uses curriculum, very happy and approachable personality. She tutors my daughter and I’ve never seen my daughter get soo excited to go learn. This has been a complete blessing and I’m soo grateful.

Deadly! Lindsay is a wonderful tutor! She is incredibly patient and very encouraging. Our sessions are both informative and fun. It feels more like learning with a friend than it does with a teacher, but I can tell that I am improving just as much as I would in a class. Highly recommend working with 정원씨!

Deadly! Lindsay is such a great tutor. She is so kind and makes learning fun and easy to understand. We always have something new to talk about when studying, and have a good laugh as well! She has been so patient and understanding with me, and always makes sure I get the topic before moving on. I’m only my third class in yet I’ve already learned so much! I really appreciate her help, and I can’t wait to learn more with her! 감사해요, 정원!!
