We start talking about his background in sports in general. I take a look at his stance. We point on what and why do we need to correct. Starting working on simple combs, simple steps one by one. At the moment we see some changes we go further with more complicated techniques and actions. I can train any lvl from the beginner to a solid pro.
People who wanted to do MMA, kickboxing and self defence
Dont focus on “magical and miraculous” disciplines from Chinese movies like jetkundo, kung fu and so on if you want to get something practical. This stuff isn't that effective in reality. Only effective moves and actions used by real fighters in MMA cage. Work on some traditional basis and then u can add whatever u want. Be humble and disciplined, dont ever be late or skip trainings. Thats the cheapest form of education you can get but that gonna affects you the most. Invest in yourself
