About Lamar

Professional Stunt Performer who trains I’m combat sports! I have been boxing for well over a decade and in the film industry for over 6 years. Specializing in gamification workouts and hand to hand combat as well as weapons fighting! Thai boxing for beginners is my favorite class however basic boxing is a prerequisite.

Teaching family memebers to defend themselves and have fun while doing it! Also I wanted to play sports but as an adult the options are limited unless you play on a semi pro or pro level! With combat sports age isn't a factor at all! Why you out in is what you get out!

About the lesson

Explaining diet and hydration is a major part of any workout program especially when weight loss is desired! Showing all the gear Required to be successful in training and learning new techniques. Most of the lessons will be structured around defense in order to create muscle memory and natural reactions. Cardio is a must but will be way at the start. Progression and results will vary depending sole on individual peak levels and time training!

I have worked with professional actors and professional fighters. Beginners are my favorite simply because I love to build and see the growth and excitement for growth! I have worked with all ages both male and female clients at various ability levels beginners welcome!
