About Brian
I spent 15 years training and fighting professionally in mixed martial arts. I achieved a professional record of 7 wins and 3 loses. I have trained extensively with two former UFC champions s BJ Penn and Eddie Alvarez. I specialize in Boxing Mitt Training, Muay Thai pad training, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, TRX, Strength and Conditioning and sports nutrition. I have 8 years experience has a trainer. I have been a fitness director and regional trainer for UFCGYM. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and am a certified personal trainer under NASM (national association of sports medicine).

I trained for almost 2 years with Brian and can honestly say it was absolutely terrific. Not only did I lose loads of weight but I was never bored and always challenged. He helped me with food planning and meal prep, introduced me to Brazilian jiu jitsu and TRX and motivated me to do a rugged maniac course.
