About Vince
I offer individualized personal training in MMA, Boxing, and KickBoxing. I'm also currently a Bantamweight fighter in the UFC. Having coached highschool wrestling and a handful of beginning boxers, I'm focused on extending my own knowledge to others looking for their own skill development.
I enjoy seeing people want to better themselves and find joy when my clients see their own improvements. I believe building their own self confidence in one area can lead to many advantages in their personal and professional life.
I've coached high school wrestling in the past in the town I grew up. Also coached a handful of beginning boxers. I also build my own skills on a daily basis in my own training and career

When working with a new student, the first few times we get together we do a basic skill assessment. From there I develop a basic program to enhance the foundation and build new skills on top of it.

Vince is honestly the best! Not only is he competent and well-versed in all assets of MMA, he is able to cater to each individual person’s needs. He is also easy-going and brings positivity to every lesson. Based on the last year that Vince had trained me, I can say he knows his stuff!
