Deadly! I have had a wonderful experience here! I had no knowledge of boxing and in just a few short sessions with Randy I have learned so much. I get a great workout and I'm gaining self confidence. Randy is very patient with me and really takes an interest in helping me. I have also done a group class there and it was great too. The other participants helped me keep up in class and showed me how to improve my movements. I would definitely recommend this place!

Deadly! The trainers are awesome, knowledgeable, friendly. Class was very comfortable and my son felt at ease. He will be back and really enjoyed the training. I'm so glad we went. I hope this builds his confidence. Thanks again

Deadly! Me and my fourteen year old son met Randy today. I enjoyed watching how they train. Very professional and knowledgeable of the art of boxing. My son will be starting his training next session. So excited!!!!
