About Josh
Im an ex top fighter in Muay thai and MMA that has taken all of my years of fighting experience and fitness certifications and developed a system that can help anyone reach the fitness level they desire.I have trained all the way from pro athletes and celebrities to clients that have never worked out a day in their life and decided that it was time to make a change.

-Profesional Muay Thai Coach
-Onnit Academy funtional fitness specialist (kettle bells, battle ropes, steel mace and body weight durability)
-Box n Burn Academy Certified boxing trainer
-Under 30 and with over 12 years MMA experience
I used to be a top fighter myself and decided to be on the other side of the training.
Im a professional Muay thai Coach and boxing certified when it comes to martial arts. When it comes to fitness i am an Onnit Academy funtional fitness specialist in ketlle bell, battle ropes and body weight excercises.

It depends on how many times a week you would like to train. it also depends on whether you come to my gym in santa monica or if i come to you. my base price is usualy around 120. it also depends on how long you would like to train for.
