About Steven
I offer strength and conditioning for any sport, as well as martial arts training for everything from mma top street practical self defense. Also offered is nutrition advice.
Helping people reach their goals is truly my passion. Watching clientele progress from day 1 is nothing short of incredible.
It started when I began training Muay Thai in 2005/6. Under a year of training (about 8 months) my skills had progressed enough for my instructor to begin asking me to cover some classes for him
Over 15 years of martial arts experience and strength and conditioning coaching. I've also actually competed in combat sports that includes boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, jiujitsu, and mixed martial arts. I am also an Onnit Academy Certified Foundations Personal Trainer.

First is a free consultation with short questions about what their goals are and what they would like to get from working with me. Then we'll do a preliminary workout to provide a starting point for myself for tracking purposes and assess their current capabilities.
All walks of life. From a 65 yr old with fibromyalgia trying to improve her life through fitness, to a full fledged fighter preparing for their next cage match.
Be sure to have clear goals in mind whether it's personal enrichment, or even all the way up to competing. This gives your teacher a good idea of how to best help you
