About Solomon
Hello there, my name is Solomon Renfro I am currently a professional undefeated mixed martial arts fighter. I have been training in martial arts center I was very young and I have been teaching people one on one lessons for the past five years. I also expect to be in the UFC very very soon.
With me you have the opportunity to learn many forms of martial arts from a professional athlete, build tons of self-confidence, get in some great cardio workouts and also some help with nutrition.
My goals are to make sure my students are efficient and have a real understanding of what it's like to use hand to hand combat. Also another goal of mine is to help my students get into the best shape possible through our training exercises as well as diet advice. Last but not least a final goal of mine is To build self-confidence and each and every individual I work with.
I Love Most To See The Improvement of all my clients/ friends. Weather that be an increase in confidence, skill or even weight loss I love to see my people improve.
I've been training in martial arts since I was a very young kid. As an amateur MMA fighter I had a record of 10-1 I am now a 7-0 professional mixed martial arts fighter and soon to be in the UFC. I have been competing in martial arts since eight years of age. I have been fighting mixed martial arts for six years now.

Usually for the first day we will go over the basics and work on footwork and defense then from there we will gradually increase the speed as well as the volume of the work. After that it's all uphill from there. Just constant improvement and constantly learning something new.
