About Julianne
I have tutored many different students, both here in Albuquerque and in Eastern North Carolina. I spent 15 years homeschooling my two children (one of whom is now in graduate school and the other is now in college at UNM). Over the years I have worked with a couple of different tutoring schools, and also taught developmental math for 5 years (from integers up through Algebra II) at a community college in North Carolina.
I use a variety of approaches to teach math concepts, depending on the student's learning style. I love meeting new students and work to tie problems in with their interests.
Teaching one-on-one is my favorite way to teach. I love figuring out what kind of method will work best teaching my students. I also love math!

Deadly! Julianne has been wonderful! She and my daughter have developed a Teacher/student learning methodology that has proven to work very well. Some of the current teaching models being used in the classroom are not in a sequence and my daughter expresses that there are transitional gaps that she is unable to Identify. Julianne recognized those gaps and provided better foundations for my daughters overall Math capabilities.
Deadly! Excellent, we’ll definitely continue throughout my son’s high school.
