About Holly
Hello! My name is Holly and I have endless enthusiasm for the physical sciences. I obtained my B.S. in chemistry from Purdue University in May of 2023 and I currently work in cancer research. I believe that the process of learning math and science concepts can be exclusionary, particularly in middle and high school. If a child does not have an immediate interest or a background in the subject matter, they can quickly fall behind and may become convinced that they don't have the aptitude or are not "smart enough" to excel in STEM. As a STEM tutor, I feel strongly that this mindset can be corrected and all students can improve and excel under the right circumstances. Let me help you find your strengths!
