About

I have 5 years of teaching experience and I have been a private tutor now for over 4 years for children, college students and adults. I have tutored Reading, Math, English, French, Study/Organization Skills, Homework Help and Research Paper writing. I have several workbooks and lesson plans that will be individualized and specialized to your child's needs. I can also cater my lessons to go along with what your child is learning in class that week. I am more than happy to work with your child's teacher and contact them regularly to follow up. If you are an adult that needs help with computers or computer skills, I would love to help with that too. I have tutored a few adults in computer programs, provided assistance with their school projects, and research papers. I have worked with many other software's that are not listed on this site, such as Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I was a kindergarten teacher for 5 years and then became a private tutor.

I have a Master's Degree in Education and 5 years of teaching experience. I have been a private tutor now for the past 5 years for children ages 4 years old and up. While I have extremely high expectations for all my students, I adjust my approach for each student in order to best serve him or her; for many of my students, for example, I design specific programs centered around goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. I am very familiar with different learning styles. I am very flexible in scheduling and meeting my student’s needs. So far for the last 4 years, I have been very successful in one-on-one tutoring and have managed to pull many students from grades of D's & F's to A's and B's.

About the lesson

I usually send a greeting email and then follow up with a quick phone call to introduce myself. During the phone call I will ask a few preliminary questions regarding more about lessons.

I have tutored ages 3 and up. I usually tutor pre-k, elementary, middle, high school and college students. I currently tutor several adults in Microsoft Lessons.
