About Brendan
Having just graduated from college, I know very well what its like to be a student. I'm a passionate problem solver and am eager to help thoroughly work through homwork and test prep questions with you to help master what you learn in the classroom and feel confident going into exams.
Physics is hands down my favorite subject. After getting 5's in AP physics 1 and C I went to Northeastern University to get my BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. I'm now a full time Mechanical Engineer but am still passionate about the fundamentals I learned in the classroom that got me to where I am today.
My first experiences in teaching began with my younger siblinings. Helping them with school and athletics. I then started tutoring for community service in high school and would later tutor for hire
-Several AP classes taken in High School
-34 ACT score
- B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.85 GPA from Northeastern University
-Several prior tutoring experinces

I prefer my students to attempt their homework prior to our sessions. From here, I can come in to help answer any remaining questions, double check the work, and go over some provided example problems to help re-iterate the covered concepts.
I've worked with middle and high school students in my community with math and science and have also helped hispanic immigrants learn to read and write in english.
