About Damin

Currently a student of UCL, I have completed my A levels in Maths (94%), Chemistry and Biology achieving all A*s! With 5 years of tutoring experience, I’ve guided more than 21 students into improving their education. I believe my students see amazing results due to my knowledge of the curriculum and what works for students!

About the lesson

My approach to maths tutoring involves thoroughly reviewing notes, practising example questions, and completing numerous question papers to reinforce understanding. I also focus on tackling challenging problems to build critical thinking skills and help students master difficult concepts. This tends to help them get the best grade possible.

Deadly! Damin has been an outstanding Maths tutor for both my twin sons. One is more academic, roughly / hopefully A* - same as his GCSE, the other got GCSE A - just - and perhaps will get a B at A level. Damin, was liked by both sons and he has improved their confidence and ability to tackle maths questions in the A level. Damin, has been professional, attentive, friendly and helpful throughout and I don't hesitate to recommend him as a maths tutor.

Deadly! Would strongly recommend! Damin is super friendly and tailors lessons to your exact needs very well. He explains difficult topics by breaking them down into clear, manageable steps, making them easier to understand. He is very patient and adapts the pace depending on how quickly you grasp the material. He also gives examples making sure you fully understand, and is always encouraging, which makes learning much less stressful.
