About Nalaka
My greatest passion in life is teaching. I worked as a tutorial instructor at the university. I am experienced great success at school and at university due to amazing and unforgettable teachers. This is the foundation of my commitment to helping out my students, whatever their abilities may be. Currently, I am studying master's degree specializing in business statistics with my undergraduate background in mathematics. I have been tutoring and teaching for 5 years in various settings – tutoring small groups, private individual tutoring, and teaching in rural, suburban, and urban classroom and home settings.

My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. I take on a flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching. I constantly need to know my students' education level and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students. therefore, I usually asked questions before the lesson start. I conduct the class using teaching materials. I encourage my students to ask questions while the lessons. I discuss example problems related to lessons each day. Also, I give homework to check your understanding at the end of each lesson. I summarize the previous lesson before the next lesson starts. I will cover every point you need to know about the topics.
