About Aesha

I enjoy working with unique personailties and being inspired by my clients. I believe in holistic training and coaching approach. I bring a plethora of knowledge to my training sessions and my training plans are always customized for the person I am working with.

I am a health and wellness coach and a certified personal trainer. I have a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science and am certified by the NASM as a Personal trainer. I am certified USA Track and Field and Road Runners Clubs of America Running Coach. I am also a 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher. I am a certified group exercise instructor specializing in barre, spinning, strength training, boot camp, and yoga classes. I have over five years of experience in the fitness and wellness arena with focused expertise in coaching, corrective exercise and injury prevention, individualized fitness programs, and group fitness programs.

About the lesson

I schedule a 20 minute discovery call to understand the needs of the client. If the clients is interested in training with me, they will out a questionnaire about their health and fitness history. After that, the fun begins where the clients can book weekly training seessions and we work togther towards the clients fitness goals.

My virtual training sessions are all priced at $69.00 a session at this time. If someone buys a 6 session training pacakage they receive a 10% discount on the price of the training.
