About Kenneth

At Enlighten Wellness we have a unique effective way of enhancing one’s wellness through Flotation Therapy, Massage, Meditation, Exercise guidance, Yoga and Diet based on specific body types. We treat every client on a personal level as we believe there is no one magical way to enhance a being. Every person is different in many ways and needs specific direction based on there situation and goals.

Touching someone's life in a deep way and sharing the knowledge that we have attained with clients and seeing them blossom into a more conscious, joyful, healthy individual is our greatest reward.

I went through an intense self transformation process and made great leaps and bounds in my own awareness and became much more healthy and joyful. I feel that every person on the planet should feel amazing and I feel pulled to do whatever I can to ensure the planet is healthy and happy.

Seven years of yoga and meditation experience and 10 years of flotation therapy experience. NSCA certified personal fitness trainer certificate and prior service military experience.

About the lesson

We will have an initial meeting and speak about goals and intentions and then come up with a plan to meet those goals and intentions. Next we will set a date to begin the sessions.

I have worked with many types of students throughout my life from young middle school students to adults in their fifty's.

Be sure that your intention and energy aligns with your teacher and be sure that your teacher is a living example of what they are bringing into your life.

I recently attended an Isha Yoga event in Coimbatore, India called Mahashivratri that was life-changing. It is an all night celebration with over 500,000 people. The event was filled with connection, dance and powerful meditations!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
It's important to know why teachers are doing what they are doing, ask teacher's why they are teaching to understand their basis of intention. Ask them how commited that you need to be and how much time you have to devote to sessions and how much everything will cost.
