About Shaundra

I evaluate each student's goals and physical situation. From there, I create focused classes to meet these goals and develop an increased sense of well being. I can accommodate all ages as well as all levels of physical activity. I work with student age 6 through 96. I have experience working with all levels of physicality. Wheelchair to limited mobility to full physical flexibility. Each class is tailored to your physical range.

I have been teaching yoga to specialized populations for 10+ years. I have completed over 500 hours of yoga trainings, specialized courses and I have learned from world renowned teachers.

About the lesson

First, we discuss the student's goals. Then we evaluate each student's physical situation. This includes strength, flexibility, assessment of any pain or discomfort and assess the students goals. From there we create focused classes to meet these goals. Your first class will be the first step.
