About Sujathasuzy

I love teaching yoga and meditation. Recently, I have completed an advanced yoga training( 500 hours) and am certified to teach yin yoga. I have a 200 hour in Kundalini yoga as well., and I can teach that as well. Additionally, I have done 500 hrs in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. So, my knowlege in yoga theory and practical applications is comprehensive.

I will get the students in the correct alignment of the pose so that they do not injure themselves while doing yoga. Also, I will teach them a lot about yoga philosophy which students will appreciate. Yoga is not all about asanas(poses), but the deeper aim of yoga is to get a calmer mind and get into meditative steps. But, that has to be done gradually following the 8 limbs of yoga.

I was curious to teach yoga and also do it the right way without hurting myself. So, I took my initial 200 hours teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in Rishikesh, India. It was a beautiful experience, and from there I have gone a long ways. I completed my 300 hour which gives me 500 hours of yoga combined. Apart from that, I have another 200 hour in Kundalini Yoga and am certified in Yin Yoga and meditaion (100 hrs) also.

I have done 500 hr training in hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I have certifications in Yin yoga, meditation and more.

About the lesson

Go from introductory poses to more advanced gradually till student finds strength and stability in the pose.
