About Anzhela

I love to help people and see everyone around me happy and healthy.

I observe closely what my student needs and bring breath work into the practice. Moving with breath brings healing into body and mind.

I finished 200 Yoga Teacher Traning in 2019 and I also have more than 10 Years of yoga experiens. I also have been practicing deep healing Meditations for several years.
