About Katarina

I simply love yoga for all of it's benefits! I love working with people, because I can help them feel better and happy! I am a new Yoga teacher, but I've been practicing this amazing art for 3 years now! Every day, i step on my mat and it makes me feel happy - why don't you try it out and see if I can make you love yoga like I do !

I completed my 200 hrs Yoga teacher training at Heartwood Yoga retreat center. I also have completed 40 hrs of Yin yoga training.

I am going to start my 300 hrs teacher training very soon.

About the lesson

Usually, we take about 15-20 minutes ( sometimes more) on the first class, to fill up a form, discuss the student needs. Then we start a 75-minute class.

If the student doesn't have her/his own yoga equipment, I can provide the mat as well of the other props.

I worked with office workers that have a lot of neck & back pains due to long hours sitting at a desk and crunched over to a computer.

I worked with Moms ( I call them super moms ) that are stressed out, have multiple pain- Yoga is a great way to heal and just take the time to relax.

My advice to you is to find a teacher that you are comfortable with, that you can trust and that will help you feel better physically and mentally.

Yoga is a beautiful art, and as a yoga teacher, I want to share my love of yoga with everyone!
