About
Bee (she/they) is a trauma-informed yoga instructor and trained mental health counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a master’s-level certification in trauma approaches and recovery. With years of experience teaching psychosomatic skills and facilitating adult groups, Bee’s work centers on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and accessibility.
A full-time traveler, Bee currently teaches at nomad events and wellness gatherings across the East Coast, as well as in public spaces such as libraries.
Offerings:
Bee provides trauma-informed sessions in the following formats:
• Slow flow, restorative, and yin yoga
• Mindfulness and somatic-based practices
• Gentle movement and grounding workshops
They are available for:
• Private 1:1 sessions (in-home or public spaces)
• Group classes for businesses, retreats, or events
• Wellness services for parties, community groups, and individuals
