About Sarah

Hi I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor for children ages 2-17 years old. Not only will I teach mindfulness during yoga, but I also perform activities that will help children recognize and regulate their emotions. And yes you can teach a two year old mindfulness it takes consistency and patience.
