Yoga offering at flexible timings and affordable pricing for the busy, multitasking woman who deserves a relaxing, unwinding and rejuvenating yoga practice. Yoga can benefit all body types; if you can move with your breath, you can benefit from yoga.

Yoga is a way of life and practicing yoga can form deeper connections both internally and externally. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can move with your breath, you can benefit from yoga.

I strongly believe in the sisterhood of women and that we can help and support each other. At my home studio that is "om yoga arts", I want women to know that it can be a place of refuge from their busy lives and that they can relax and rejuvenate through their yoga practice.

I have 8 years of experience teaching yoga and I am Yoga Alliance certified (RYT-200). I’m also trained in TM (Transcendental Meditation).

About the lesson

The typical proces for working with a new student is knowing what the reason is that the student chose yoga, knowing what the expectations are and is there are any end goals.

Deadly! My first class with Uma was Excellent. Her studio is calm and quiet which exactly I was looking for. She is good at teaching Yoga, helping me do little pranayama and then do a lot of different Yoga exercises.
