About Beth
Greetings! My my name is Beth Keene and I am passionate about sharing the joys of yogic lifestyle with clients on and off the mat. In a private session with me you will learn how to use yoga to transform your relationship with your body, with food and even with relationships with those in your life. I am a 500 hour yoga teacher and Living Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant.
In a a group class either here at my home studio or at the location of your choice you will have 4 different teachers to choose from depending on schedule and preference. Each of our tewchers has Their own specialty to share with you!
I love watching people have aha! Moments when they see how simple life is with balance and routine to guide them. I look forward to seeing you transform!
