About Janice
We provide yoga to children, and adults of all ages
Love to work with people to help them add tools to their tool box for life long health and happiness. Movement and breath practices can help with mental and physical balance and help the nervous system stabilize.
I love children and have been a school teacher for years. Combining yoga and childrens seemed like a natural fit!
I am a 200 EYRT Yoga Alliance certified teacher of yoga. I am also certified in Childrens yoga and adaptive yoga.
