About Ana
Ana Hagedorn is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Furthermore, she also holds a MFA in Acting and is incredibly interested in how breath, body and mind come together. Her unique approach to yoga includes focusing on our individual inner calm through breath work, mediation and asana.

I have been doing yoga since the early 2000s, and practiced on and off when I suddenly realized, I was missing something in my life. All things happen for a reason, and I found myself with the time and ability to get certified. I am full of gratitude since this has allowed for a deeper connection to my practice and has given me the gift of myself. It is something I hope to guide my students to find.
I have a MFA in Acting. During graduate school, I focused on breath and body connection, and became very familiar with the power of breath. I belive adding this in the practice allows for us to connect to our inner sanctuary.

A fantastic instructor, Ana maintains self-love as a core to all of her classes and is able to fine tune her instruction to the needs of students; be it challenging themselves, showing themselves compassion, or expanding on their humanity outside of the classroom. She is highly knowledgeable, and you will learn the unique value of each pose through the flow so that you can understand how to benefit from it fully.
An amazing instructor, who is sensitive to her students. Ana develops wonderful flows that focus on individual chakras while making sure her students feel successful in every new pose or flow. I highly recommend for group or individual classes.
Ana is a caring, personable instructor who knows her stuff inside and out and makes her students feel safe, challenged, and at ease regardless of skill level.
