I completed my TM Teacher Trianing Course in 1970 and have kept my certification constantly current with annual continuing edication.
I worked directly with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi helping to train TM teachers for 5 years.

The TM technique is taught in a 3-steps. Afterward, a lifetime follow-up program is available to ensure maximum benefit.
Introductory Video

Orientation
This free 1.5 hour orientation discusses the mechanics that make the Transcendental Meditation program effortless. We explain the origin of the technique and how it differs from other types of meditation. At the end of this session you have an opportunity for a private interview with a certified TM teacher when you can questions about learning, and optionally schedule step 3. Course of Instruction
These 1.5 - 2 hour classes are held on four consecutive days or evenings. Once these steps are completed, the practitioner is self-sufficient and begins to experience results. I have taught thousands of women and girls to practice the TM technique. I have never had a student who could not learn and get significant results.
Over the years I have specialized in teaching military women, women who are victims of domestic violence, and school girls with ADD & ADHD.

Here are the natonal TM course fees-
Adult TM course fee is tiered based on annual household income: see details at (concealed information)
Full-time students and children learn for smaller fee than adults.
We also offer various group rates, professional rates for military, veterans, and health professionals, and corporate rates, as well as partial grants for those with household financial need, and for victims of domestic violence.
There are also continuing education hours for: RNs, Licensed Massage Therapists, Licensed Social Workers, and Registered Yoga Teachers.
Worldwide lifetime free follow up from certified TM teachers.
A comprehensive lifetime follow-up program is available free of charge to everyone who has completed the course of instruction. In our Transcendental Meditation centers throughout the world, one will be able to see a teacher regularly to verify the correctness of practice, to participate in refresher courses to review instruction, and to attend advanced lectures in order to learn more about the development of consciousness as benefits evolve.
