About Shauntel
I am an Energy Science Practitioner that assists my clients with balance intellectual, emotional, vibration, and energetic imbalances through Self awareness, Yoga & Meditation, doTERRA Essential Oils, Crystals, and Art.
I am a Certified 500 hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Hyper Creative that lives my life serving others by helping them transform their lives to reflect their Hearts.
I enloy witnessing the process of evolution. Observing a person realize they need to create space for themselves to make changes, work through the shifting, and start living a life that reflects thier heart.
I love holding the mirror and assisting others to see the wonders in themselves and watching them become comfortable with the way they are unique and how they start to truely appreciate themselves in a deeper way.
I was searching for a way to gain a deeper understanding of my mind, body, and spirit connection. I sought healing from past trauma and needed to evolve. In the process I noticed that Yoga and various Energy Sciences helped me in such a way that inspired me to investigate the priciniples. I was so moved, here we are.
I am certified in Yoga and Reiki as a 500 Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. Additionally, I have a Zumba Basic Certification.
I am currently studying for my Master Herbalist Certification

We always start with a consutation so I can have a soud understanding of where you are and where you want to be. By the end of the consultation you will have my recomendation of the services that will benifit you.
I have worked with everyone from small children in pre-school to elderly persons. Professionals in corporate office and team builing enviorments and events. Individuals of all religious backrounds in their private enviornments and studio settings. Families for a Family yoga class and all encompassing classes on mindfulness and other topics that help the family find balance energeticlly.
Work with person that YOU ressonnate with. Somenone who speaks YOUR launguage. Someone you can trust.
You'll need to be fully comfortable in order to experiance a viable shift.
I love to teach. I prefer workshops becasue we get to dive deeper into your understandings of the concepts. I recently did a workshop about Pranayama (breathe work) and how insturmental intentional breathing benifits the body mind connection.
