I have been practicing yoga for many years and love working with the people with limited mobility and new students. I believe se we age aou body start developing issues such like neck, shoulder, lower back,hips and knees. Also I teach Yoga Nidra which is Guided Meditation to relax your mind & body to function properly. As we know we are struggling with depression, anxiety, heart deasese and diabetes, and who is not stress, we ALL are!

I feel Yoga is ancient Physical Therapy that can help us improve our Mentally, Physically and Emotionally state.

It helped me so I started teaching to others, mostly people with neck, shoulders, hips and knees issues.

I'm a Certified 500 Hour Alignment Yoga Teacher.

Also I am Yoga Nidra ( Guided Meditation ) teacher,

About the lesson

My biggest goal is to work with my students to help to achieve their goals!

I have been working with teenagers to age 84.

In my opinion we ALL are unique and we have different issues and need and working with individuals exictes me

I have worked with teenagers to 85 year young person.

First you have to really think hard, what you looking for and than look for a teacher who can guide YOU.
