Yoga Therapy can provide you tools to reduce chronic pain, depression, anxiety, weight gain, and many other issues. I have been a Yoga Therapist for 20 years and am a certified yoga therapist, iRest Yoga Nidra meditation teacher, Reiki Master and Ayurvedic counselor.
I wanted to share the wonderful tools of yoga, which are well researched and highly effective for many issues.
