About Jessica

Hi friend! I'm Jess Palmer, a scientist-turned-yogi, creator of The Yogic Body Online, and owner of The Yogic Body Studio in Exton, PA.

In 2017, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with terminal cancer and I returned to my yoga practice to fight my anxiety and worry. I developed The Yogic Body, at that time, as an online resource for women with anxiety interested in embracing a yoga practice. My online yoga initiative grew in 2018 when The Yogic Body Studio opened its doors to the Chester County community. Here in Exton, my studio is equipped with yoga mats, blocks, straps, and props ready for private yoga and meditation instruction with you.

My goal? To inspire you to embrace a yoga practice, combat your anxiety, and live your day dream. Let's get started.

It is an absolute joy to bring yoga to you. A yoga and meditation practice has fundamentally changed the way I view my inner world, and how I respond to the world at large. I have seen these practices hold similar benefits for those who try it and it is a great responsibility of mine to teach it to others.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by Jessica are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Exton. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
