About Lindsy
All Healing is vast and encourages healing through creative techniques. Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Creative Writing, and Pottery is just a few of the modalities I encourage to support the healing individual. I help the client find what one is best for his or her individual needs and personally guide them through the healing process creatively.
I took synergy exercise classes for two years at spece fitnesses center. I saw how much exercise changed my life and I wanted to share it with others who have not experience the healing of moving the body! I then went on to take my 200 hr yoga training through Prana Yoga.
I was a fine art student at IPFW from 2006-2008. From 2008-2010 I studied massage therapy at IVTECH. In 2012 I received my 200 hr. Yoga teacher training from Prana Yoga School of Yoga and Health. In 2018 I received my 500 hr. Yoga teacher training from Simply Yoga Fort Wayne. I have also completed my Reiki Master Training in 2016.

I ask the student what are they are wanting to heal in their life. Depending on the response, I determine if they are in need of mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual assistance. Then I will assign modalities that will aid in healing the best.
All ranges young and old. I have taught children’s yoga, and restorative yoga to older ones. I specialize in restorative yoga.
