About Hannah
I have always been interested in activities involving movement from softball to hula hoop dance, basketball to cheerleading, intense work- outs to mindful yoga.
Finding yoga and feeling a click there led me to travel to Rishikesh India in 2016 for 6 weeks to obtain my Yoga Teaching Certification.
I now attend regular Yoga Mala's as well as yoga retreats and workshops. I love learning new things about the mind and body and always try to stay in this state of learning.
I currently teach yoga at the Jefferson City Country Club for the wonderful members there.

Yoga lessons offered by Hannah are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Gravois Mills. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
