About Makena
I have always looked for peace and serenity. Something to quiet my mind. Until Yoga Nidra I always thought it was something outside of myself I needed to quiet the mind and find this sense of tranquility. Come find yourself through a mindfully guided meditation.
The wonderful thing about being guided through a Yoga Nidra practice is that it allows us to let go of everything in our minds and allows us the opportunity to just be present. With this focus we often find a reduction in stress, more peace and quiet, and the healing power within ourselves brings us closer to finding enlightenment.
