About Leslie
I wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about myself and also get your input as I begin organizing this community yoga offering.
I started practicing yoga as a young teenager and, like many people, I moved in and out of the practice over the years. In 2018, I decided to become more consistent and began deepening my understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice—learning more about the philosophy and its many aspects. A couple of years ago, I completed my yoga teacher training.
My intention is to create an experience that is enjoyable, supportive, non-judgmental, and a safe space for everyone—no matter your level or background.
