About Kristine

My passion to heal mind body and soul. I can help you reach your goals in yoga at your pace. Im very likable and approachable. My background is yoga online course with International Sports Sciences Association also training one-on-one with a yogi master from Ride the Wave in Seabrook New Hampshire I started practicing yoga 3 years ago at the yoga lounge and found my passion to heal myself and heal others by guiding them to gain strength flexibility and to ground them also find inner peace and to clear the mind while teaching breathing techniques threw movement. I've been an athlete my whole life starting with Pilates dancing weight training aerobics and other types of physical fitness. I offer competitive prices please let me know if you're interested we can either meet at the beach or I can come to you eventually I will be practicing in Seabrook at ride the wave. Namaste

I enjoy practicing yoga because it helps me find time to clear my mind from The Busy World around us while using breathing techniques and movement I find joy making people happy through exercise I really like helping people reach their goals without a stressful environment. Yoga is not about being able to touch your toes it's about going at your own pace and no judgment Zone and staying in the moment

I studied with internal Sports Science Association also one-on-one training with yogi Master at Ride the Wave in Seabrook New Hampshire. I also started practicing with the yoga Lounge in Winthrop Massachusetts. In addition I have been an athlete my whole life starting with individual sports in the 80s consisting of physical fitness training weight training Pilates and aerobics. I'm also a medical assistant by trade since 2005. I started my yoga teaching certification in 20 20 but been practicing for 4 years I picked it up quickly because of my athletic abilities. And the love and need to practice yoga for my own peace of mind which I would like to teach you the same.

About the lesson

My process is to discover students history in mood for the tone and tempo of class. I will teach them how to breathe with movement to own their pose we'll start with easy poses that I can instruct to them in layman's terms. We will honor limitations practice proper balance and learn Prana how to connect with breath. With new students we will take it slow.
