About Lynn
After experiencing a life changing trauma, I found myself with incredible anxiety and unable to relax and feel calm. Knowing that I didn't want to medicate myself, I began attending restorative yoga classes and meditation at a local studio. The effect it had on me was profound. That led me to pursue my yoga teacher training. It is my goal to share the healing benefits of restorative yoga with others who suffer from anxiety and all the other conditions which accompany it.
I received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Gawea Yoga, in Lockport, Il
I have a private practice in my home, and I also teach at 2 local studios
