About Linda

♥ My name is Linda Taylor.

I offer sacred healing and transformative services including Crystal Healing, natural Meditation, Energy-work, Yoga Nidra and Hatha Yoga sessions.

I offer one-on-one sessions in your home or outdoors at the beach or a park for people local to Huntington Beach, CA.

I took the 200-hour Yoga teacher training because I knew I wanted to share the infinite benefits of yoga with everyone I could, and it has been really incredible to share my practice and heart-centered yoga with all my students over the past nine years.

I am a RYT200 Hatha Yoga Teacher and have also taken several other Yoga certification courses, such as Yin Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga.

I am a Priestess of Isis, Ma'at and Ra in the ancient Egyptian Wisdom traditions since 2001 and have taught meditation to students since 2002.

I am also what could be called an Awareness coach and offer private sessions to explore the essence and reality of our experience - right now.

About the lesson

An initial phone call is a great way for a new student to express their expectations and goals for the sessions, so they are exactly what you are looking for. If a new student is interested in several types of sessions, like restorative yoga and meditation, we will make time for both practices when we meet. This kind of consultation also gives a new student a safe space to ask questions and get to know the teacher.

All kinds - from children to older adults and most everything in between.

Definitely look around and make a heart connection or a gut connection if at all possible - the teacher you choose to work with should feel right to you.
